Located on the east side of the
Concordia University Loyola Campus
(The hall shares an entrance with the Vanier Library)
Although dedicated to early Irish settlers
that arrived in Lower Canada in the 1820’s, and then settled in the village of
St. Columban, this event will also celebrate all immigrants that, for
centuries have left their homes and families, to settle in our great country
of Canada
The evening - A tribute to the Irish of St. Columban, featured Celtic
music by the band "Tuna", dancers from the Bernadette Short school of dance
and narrators,
Peter Gossage and Michael Kenneally.
