Hi Everyone;

Just a quick note that I was interviewed yesterday by CTV about our Cemetery Restoration project. I think that they were also going to speak to Kelley. Apparently, the interview is supposed to run on the CTV-Montreal (the old CFCF) news on St. Patrick's Day - Saturday, March 17th - probably at 6pm and again at 11pm...Not sure how many of us outside of Montreal receive this signal, but thought I would let you all know about it...

Also, so far only Ken and me are planning to go to St. Columban and meet Claude on Sunday morning for a little Irish event (March 18th). Daryl is also coming with his Irish pipes. We intend to meet in the Church parking lot at 11:15am on Sunday morning so if any of you are available, please join us.

Hi Everyone;

Jeff Legault has done it again! If you missed the CTV interview about our project - that ran on the news on Sunday, March 18th, Jeff has managed to copy a video of the interview and has now posted it in our "Video Section". To view this interview, you can go to:-

We have also posted a few pictures from our visit to St. Columban also on Sunday, March 18th. Unfortunately the captions are too small to read, but I'll try to redo them in the coming weeks. Most of the pictures highlight, Daryl McWhirter, our own Irish Piper, that entertained everyone at the event. The Church wardens also provided great food and drink. - It was fun..To see these pictures visit:-

Hi Everyone;

As we mentioned, Daryl McWhirter, brought along his Irish pipes to the St. Columban Church on March 18th and entertained us. Jeff has now posted the video of him playing on that day in a couple of locations on the main site as noted below...You will notice from this video that "Irish Pipes" are similar but different that "Scottish Pipes" and that the sound is lower and I find even more haunting....

If any of you have any questions about Irish Pipes (Daryl has actually made a few of his own set of pipes) and/or would like more info, I'm sure that Daryl would be pleased to answer your questions...

Take care and hope you enjoy Daryl's music...

Fergus
