She was born Abt. 1822 in Tipperary, Ireland, and died March 09, 1899 in St. Louis Parish.

Notes for JAMES GRACE:
James Grace was a farmer. Birth was around 1803, the 1951 Census states that he was 48 years old at the time.

Records state he died of a “debility’. Buried June 23, 1879, witness was Timothy Shelly (could not sign).

He was reburied August 3, 1899, witness Timothy Skelly (Shelly???) and Arthur McG??? Section N-1488 Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.

In 1841, James is a proprietor and entitled to vote.

In the 1851 census the family is living in a “single family log house” in Montreal and they own two lots of 150 acres (30 for cultivation and 120 are wild).

In the mid 1850’s they may have lived in Lachine.

1861 they were living in a one story log house.
